Company activities

Sirona Technologies is a direct air capture (DAC) company: we build machines that remove CO₂ directly from the air. The world won't be able to reduce global emissions to zero, so on top of drastic emission reductions, we need to remove enormous amounts of CO2 from the air. Direct Air Capture is the most permanent and verifiable way to do this: CO₂ is captured from the air and stored permanently underground. At Sirona Technologies, we develop DAC machines in Belgium and deploy them to real project sites in Kenya and the Middle East. Our systems are already operating on the ground, capturing CO₂ today. Our execution strategy based on modular machines and rapid iterations have made us the fastest Direct Air Capture company to go from design to deployment. We iterate quickly, ship hardware, learn from operations, and improve continuously. We’re a small, ambitious team of engineers and scientists working on one of the hardest climate challenges there is. The work is hands-on, technical, and impact-driven: what you design gets built, deployed, and operated in the real world.
