How to put together your wish list?

First of all, you need to register!

Having registered, you can put together your wish list by ticking the boxes of the companies/organisations you would like to visit and the workshops and infosessions you would like to attend. When booking a CV analysis appointment, it will automatically be added to your personal wish list.

It is possible to dowload your personal wish list as a PDF or print it. Your wish list will help you prepare for the fair and find your way in Flanders Expo Ghent.

transfer company data from last edition

If you were registered for last year’s afstudeerbeurs [now EVOLV.] you can confirm your participation in the 2026 edition with one click on the transfer button. These data can, if necessary, still be altered. Companies that participated last year can, of course, also choose to register anew, with a completely new set of data.

How does it work?

Clicking the login button, you can login with the password and e-mailaddress that were used for the previous edition. Forgot your password. You can simply request a new one.
